  • Fitness/Aerobics Promoting healthy fitness habits is the main focus of this class. Students will participate in a variety of activities and exercises to improve or maintain their current level of fitness. Practicing these activities throughout their lifetime is the ultimate goal.   • The main purpose of Strength and conditioning is to use a variety of lifts, plyometrics, running, and other activities to improve students over all fitness. We will especially concentrate on the strength, flexibility, agility, and speed aspects of training.
